This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Jenkins Insurance Services LLC ("Jenkins Insurance Services," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information related to our text messaging program, Jenkins Insurance Services Client Messaging. It supplements our general Privacy Policy at jenkinsinsuranceservice.com/privacy-policy.

Our commitment
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.

1. Information we collect
When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, the date, time, and method of your consent (website form, verbal, or written), and the content of messages you send to us and we send to you.

2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our Get a Quote or Contact form, by giving verbal consent to an agent by phone, or by signing our in-office intake form. The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. How we use your information
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive: insurance quote follow-ups; policy service and responses to your questions; renewal and payment reminders; and refinance and coverage-change alerts. We do not use your mobile number to send marketing or promotional messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number may be processed by the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our texting platform and wireless carriers) only to send and receive messages on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your quote or policy activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

6. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 830-521-3331 or info@jenkinsinsurancecoverage.com. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us.

7. Data retention and security
We keep records of your consent and opt-out for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with carrier rules and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and to honor your opt-out. We protect this information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to agency staff who need it.

Our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
